By Oladele Emmanuel - Police in Lagos have arrested 58 people for not wearing face mask as enforced by the State Government. 121 others were also arrested for violating the curfew order aimed at containing the deadly virus.
According to Lagos State Police Command Spokeman, DSP Elkana Bala, the 58 newly arrested people, and 121 other that violated the curfew scheduled by the Federal Government together with the 148 arrested during the weekend for violating lockdown order were charge to court on Tuesday.
Report also confirmed that 79 vehicles were impounded during curfew.
