Breaking: Nigeria Records 148 new COVID-19 Cases

By Oladele Emmanuel - According to Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on their Twitter account, Nigeria have recorded 148 new Coronavirus cases. The new cases were recorded in the last 24 hours (between 11:45PM of May 4 - 11:40PM of May 5).

Lagos State have the highest number of new cases and closely followed by Kano as Cross River and Kogi remains the only state in Nigeria without any Confirmed Case.

With the number of new cases, things are not still getting better in Nigeria, nevertheless kudos to the Government and all frontliners who are working day and night to contain the virus.

Nigerians are still advised to use their face mask and other protectives as directed by the NCDC. And if you don't have anything too important to do outside your home, please stay at home. Coronavirus is Real.
